Why?

We believe warmth is a basic human right. In Northern Nevada's harsh winters, a warm coat can mean survival. Heartwarming bridges the gap between those who have warm clothing they no longer use and those who desperately need it.

We show young people that small actions create meaningful change. We demonstrate that ordinary people can make extraordinary impact: every item of clothing reminds someone that they matter, that their community has hope for them and is willing to take a chance on them.
